how does barnes do this pop? Does he go from cupped to uncupped ? What´s the secret?
chris barnes is not shooting a ten pin, as you can see hes cupping his elbow and wrist, as to his spare shots he is straight armed and wrist..
why would you post this?
i relly dont think you average 241, thats just impossible, because apart of being good you have to get really lucky to keep an average like that, probably in 6 lines you can do it, but its just impossible to end a tournament with that average

Well its hard to tell. I have been too busy to get in much practice. I was at 241 at the mid point of the year but I’m in a slump for the last 2 months.
This video is all about learning technique. I’m not trying to copy Barnes. I’m more interested in improving mechanics.

I’m not really sure what this video is trying to prove. Are you trying to bowl like Chris Barnes? If you are, I wouldn’t. Play your own game. Bowling is like a finger print: Everyones is different.
